The location was convenient for beach access.

Our stay began on a frustrating note as we discovered we needed to pick up the keys offsite, which was not communicated to us beforehand. Upon arriving, the television in the main bedroom did not work, and despite notifying the management office, we received no assistance. To make matters worse, we were required to strip the beds and gather linens before checkout, which felt unfair considering the price we paid.

disappointment

The key pick-up offsite was such an inconvenience, absolutely horrendous! And let's not forget the non-working TV, might as well have brought my own entertainment. After all this, I expected a complimentary gesture for the chaos, but no, how rude! Almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. What a disappointment!
